Cairo Carnivale is this weekend in Glendale. I have been telling my students about it every week for 2 months so I hope they make the effort to go at least one of the days. It's been years since I performed there, but there is always so much to see and buy and do. If any of you don't know about it, all the details are at www.mecda.org. It is once a year.
